It is yet another feather in the cap, for Noida. Showing the way to its neighbours, Noida has the maximum number of green buildings in NCR, occupying an impressive 7,64,513 sq. m area. Cities like Gurgaon and Faridabad are way behind with green projects on just 5,80,962 sq. m and 49,604 sq. m area, respectively.
Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) is one of the premier council’s in the country which not only works closely with State & Central Government, World Green Building Council, etc. in promoting green building concepts in the country, but also confers IGBC Certification to buildings across the country.
Recently, Wave Infratech, the real estate arm of Wave Group, one of the largest real estate developers in the country, was awarded with the title of the ‘largest contributor to the green building movement’ in the country by IGBC.
