Travel in Peace: Signal Free Travel soon in Noida

In a recent development, Noida Authority has planned to develop an elevated road & 4 underpasses around City Centre. Once the underpass development comes in place, the 4 intersections will be signal free. The total cost estimated by the authority in developing these underpasses will be Rs. 175 crore.

The elevated road would be constructed at MP-2 road from Vishwa Bharti School up to Sector 61, Noida. The planned underpasses will be developed (a) Near Adobe (b) Near Spice Mall (c) Near NTPC and (d) Near Sec-31-32, 25-25A.

Underpasses

1. Near Adobe

This underpass will be near Adobe chauraha. The four lane underpass will be developed towards sector 12-22 & NTPC chauraha. This will make this intersection signal free. Sector 25A shall be on one side of the underpass & on the other will be Noida Stadium. This upcoming underpass will curb the traffic issues in sector 12-22, City Centre, sector 22-23 & sector 57.

2. Near NTPC

This underpass will be near NTPC. The four lane underpass will be developed towards sector 12-22 & City Centre. The two upcoming underpasses here will make the roundabouts from sector 12-22 to sector 49, signal free. The underpass at City Centre is already under construction.

3. Near Spice Mall

The traffic from sector 10 & 12, Sashi Chowk, DAM Chowk, sector 22-23, runs through this location. This underpass will be developed towards sector 10 & 12 and sector 31.

4. Near Sector 31-32, 25-25A

This underpass will also be developed towards Spice Mall & Sashi Chowk.

Wave City Center, First Smart Township in Delhi NCR, which is located in Sector 25A & 32 will be benefitted by these development. These new developments will ensure reduction of traffic congestion and high level of public infrastructure available around the project. This is indeed great news for the investors, as with good infrastructure in and around Wave City Center, the appreciation of their investments is definite.
